Holistic Yoga Treatment

Maya provides yoga consultation for participants in the Holistic Yoga Addiction Treatment Program.

Maya has transformed her life through yoga, mindfulness and healthy nutrition.

“A regular yoga practise, coupled with diet and annual cleansing has led me away from harmful habits which included eating disorders and the use of drugs and alcohol. Yoga has never failed to offer me solace and comfort and has given me the tools to nurture balance. The self-awareness my yoga practise creates extends into all areas of my life. I’m feeling better than I have in years and look forward to ageing with grace. With yoga, diet and annual cleansing, I know my life will continue to be one of well being.”

“The custodianship of my body I value above all else, knowing that when my body is healthy, my life is abundant. The body is by far the most magnificent creation I have known, as it holds within wisdom and knowledge. Yoga has offered me a method to learn how to stop, to listen, and to create well being. The art of Yoga has so mysteriously spread into all areas of my life. Yoga has helped me find the strength to adopt good habits to better care for myself.”

Maya supports clients by designing the yoga component of this healing program. She assists clients with increasing their mindfulness through the use of movement, the breath and visualisation.  “I make it my mission to lead you to the 'Zen Zone' so you can leave your mat feeling relaxed and accomplished."
